Unofficially, hostgator forum is a fast way to ask for help, and its not the first time i get reply. Within few hours and within the same days, I get helps from system administrator, moderator, and also members of host gator forum that is so voluntier to offering helps. All this is done free of any advantage from hostgator.com, and its reflect the satisfaction in customer heart.
I see that, hostgator forum now become my first place to get help for problem that is outside of hostgator technical support scope. This community is a great place to bring forward any scripting issue, coding bug, just like problem with blog script, fantastico, shopping cart, ssl, hostgator upgrade concern, hostgator server downtime, etc etc. I haven’t seen a limit of discussion about hostgator, good or bad comment is posted and get reply here by forums members.
