As we all know, Hostgator hosting is using cpanel X control panel. And as i know, this is the best control panel around. And most recommended for php/linux hosting plan. Glad that host gator is offering this control panel. From the cpanel, you can setup your ftp account. Although after you sign up hostgator, you already given a primary ftp login to your account.
If you are new to FTP, this is the File Transfer Protocol. And you will be using FTP to upload your files to hostgator server. Let login to cpanel and take a closer overview of the ftp features provided.
