you will responsible for maintaining your customer account, including creation of cpanel account and perform some account maintenance.

Note that hostgator reseller hosting plan is using WHM control panel, which only allow you to maintain all your customer cpanel accounts. For server issue or technical issue, its still being refer back to hostgator support to be taken care off.

Hi,

If a customer calls for help, where are they being sent to, if am the resller. Am I taking the call, or is it going to HG, and do HG answer with reseller name?

hostgator reseller plan is designed for beginner. you can start selling hosting services right the way. All require feature and tools are provided. Start with the basic reseller hosting plan.

you won’t need an expert help, unless you are setup your own server or using server colocation etc, and setup your own server for selling hosting plan.

I want resell webhosting. I dont have a website and is new to the business
I dont have much technical background
Can I do this on my own or will I need Expert Help.
