Affordable price web hosting plan, unlimited web hosting feature, cpanel, and also offering reseller hosting, vps hosting, and dedicated server… their good web hosting service uptime and good technical support, these are few reason what make hostgator hosting famous today!
Sometime good web host turn bad, and very bad some of this time. We have experience recently with other web host, having a vps plan with them for few months. Our of sudden they decided to move our account to new server, moving everything without informing us. This is when problems start to rise, out websites had been down for many days, and the time we found out it was too late. Their support team are not completing the migration work completely, letting the dns nameserver IPs unchanged after moving it to new server, and the dns failed and causes all website using that NS failed all together. The problems was massive, and disastrous. And the end, we got no choice but to move out most our websites from them, and host it to a more reliable web host that is being managed by well trained professional. Some extra money to pay, just worth it. Choosing the right web host is more important to us right now.
