Its a huge supprise that in the letter, paypal mentioning they had stop all kind of personal payment to India. Only those transaction that requiring physical delivery of goods are permitted, and shipping address is a must. So, what does this mean? We are no longer able to send paypal payment to anyone in india, unless is for physical goods payment. Its truely inconvenient.
