Its at today, we received the email from paypal cust service mentioning that previous payment sent to one of our client at India had been returned back to us. Its a huge supprise that in the letter, paypal mentioning they had stop all kind of personal payment to India. Only those transaction that requiring physical delivery of goods are permitted, and shipping address is a must. So, what does this mean? We are no longer able to send paypal payment to anyone in india, unless is for physical goods payment. Its truely inconvenient. If you are one of the merchant selling products and base in India… after sending out goods and products… appearing all those payment had been returned back to buyer/sender… isn’t this a huge loses to your business?
Hence, for all time, if you are running ecommerce shopping website online, we always encourage you to setup merchant account and accept credit card payment directly via payment processing provider. Your payment will be send to your banking account directly… its although tedious to get started, but its worth it and cheaper per transaction as well. This can be happening to anyone running online business, it would be a nightmare if all your money get returned to buyer.

for serious ecommerce payment processing, its always better to have third party credit card processor and with your own merchant account setup. There are variaty of them, eg. 2CO, worldpay etc.
